At Ruby Mae Collective, we’re so grateful you chose to shop with our online boutique! We carefully curate each item and hope you absolutely love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help—please review our return guidelines below.

Returns

We will accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including all original tags and packaging.
To ensure fairness to all customers, items that show signs of wear or use cannot be accepted.

Store Credit Only

We do not offer refunds back to the original form of payment.
All approved returns will be issued as store credit.
Store credit will be sent via email and can be used anytime on future purchases at Ruby Mae Collective!

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance items
Personalized or custom-made items

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please:

Email us at rubymaecollective@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, the items you wish to return and a brief reason for the return.
Once approved, you will ship your order back to us (the customer is responsible for return shipping costs).

Please note: items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Once your return is received, we will inspect the items. Please allow 5–7 business days for store credit to be issued to you via email. If your return is rejected you will be notified and responsible for shipping cost back to you.
